- Location, location, location! My unit is on the edge of VillageGreen. I am still a part of the community here, but I have added privacy and quiet, which I have loved. My unit also faces the south and gets all the direct sunlight that Omaha has to offer. Perfect for melting snow on the front patio, house plants in the windows, and for defeating depression that graduate programs tend to create (if you happen to be a student, haha).

- Parking is directly out front along with the dumpster

Here are some updates that have been made in the last 5 years
- New furnace installed in 2017
- Garbage disposal added in the kitchen
- New kitchen counter-top
- New stainless steel kitchen sink
- ALL walls and kitchen cabinets were freshly painted in 2017
- New blinds in the kitchen and living room have been added
- Updated hardware throughout the whole unit
- Ceiling fans (with remotes for lazy people) added in both bedrooms and living room
- Crown molding in the living room

- Fridge and stove are the original, meaning if there were any problems they would be covered by VG

- Original hardwood floors throughout upstairs

- Carpets will be shampooed upon my departure
