Living Room
My front door and all the windows in the unit face the South and get a bunch of direct sunlight. It's especially great in the winter, so there isn't snow constantly sitting in front of the door or on my car since the parking spot is right in front of the unit. Also, if you like plants, they will thrive in this unit!
The trade-off for this being a 1 bathroom unit means that the main living room is larger. In the 1.5 bath units, the half bathroom takes up space in the living room. If you're not concerned about the downstairs toilet, then you get a larger living space.

The ceiling fan and light works off of a remote. It's the best thing for lazy people, like me. Also, the living room has beautiful crown molding.
***FIREPLACE INCLUDED IN UNIT PRICE*** This fireplace doubles as a space heater- it's a lifesaver in the winter months! I'm headed some place warm after graduation, so I figured I'd leave it behind for the next owner :)
